Returns & Refund

The buyer can return the item if

  1. Parcel was lost, does not arrive
  2. Parcel arrived significantly damaged
  3. Parcel arrives but does not look as described at all 

The Refund Policy unfortunately doesn’t cover items that don’t fit you or don’t suit you. You can still talk to your seller about a return, but it’s their decision whether to accept the return or not.

Please note that the issue must be reported within 48 hours to receive full refund.

To report the issue the buyer needs to submit an action form stating the issue and providing prove.  The action form can be find on the profile under bought items. 

The order automatically will be considered received without any issues if the issue is not reported and pressed received item.  Once it is done, the seller receives payment which is available to withdraw immediately.

Once the issue opens, automatically the payment is held and the order is on hold until resolved. 

The buyer receives a confirmation email and any updates about the issue.  It might take up to 3 working days to resolve the issue. 

If the fault is seller’s, the seller must provide a return shipping label to the buyer.
