Catalogue Rules

The seller should familiarise with the catalogue rules before starting to sell preloved items on our platform. The seller must follow the guidelines of the items that can’t be listed; prohibited items; and unhygienic items to avoid any penalties or suspension of the active account.

The seller should read the catalogue rules before packaging and sending the parcel out. This is important as our platform can’t take any responsibility if the item is sent wrong; contains personal items inside; and is not as described. The seller is taking full responsibility for the the item sent.

   1. Prohibited items that are not allowed to list

•  Any drink including drink that contains alcohol
•  Any devices that contain tobacco and tobacco items themselves
•  Any type of drugs
• Any prescription medication and medication drugs itself
• Any drugs that promoted self-healing, ‘quick fix’
• Any devices that promote self–testing and other medical claims
• Live animals
• Weapons, knives, scissors, and other dangerous items – if you are unsure if your item meets the safety criteria for the catalogue rules, please contact us contact@everused.co.uk
• Any item that promotes disrespectful behavior towards different nationalities, backgrounds, or political views. If you are unsure please contact for me info.
• Any type of food
• Any currency
• Internationally Regulated Items
• Adults only are strictly prohibiting
• Any item that promotes violence and negative thoughts including crime, terrorism, and hatred
• Any item that does not have a size – excluding the handbags
• Any item that does not have an instruction for use for toys and other similar
• Any items that contain real fur, exotic skin, and other items that are prohibited internationally
• Any item that has been stolen
• Any program that promotes money laundering, selling schemes, and other illegal activities.

   2. Unhygienic items that are not allowed to be listed

• Any personal item that has been worn – underwear, panties, swimming panties, pajamas unless it is a gown, body shapers, sports underwear, worn socks, reusable nappies
• Any cosmetics and perfumes that have been opened and not originally packed and sealed
• Any beauty tools and devices that are not working and do not have original packaging with instruction
• Any sanitary items
• Any chemicals and cleaning products
• Class 3 laser pointers or above
• Any piercings that have been used.

   3. The seller can list items that fall under any of these categories 

• Womenswear – coats, jackets, dresses, tops, knitwear, shirts, skirts, shorts, denim, trousers, jumpsuits, activewear, maternity wear, plus size clothes, footwear and accessories
• Menswear – coats, jackets, knitwear, shirts, Polo shirts, T-shirts, jeans, trousers, shorts, suits, plus size, footwear and accessories
• Kids: Girls – dresses, jackets, coats, knitwear, pajamas, bodysuits, shorts, skirts, jeans, trousers, footwear, and accessories
• Kids: Boys – coats, jackets, knitwear, outfits, sports, tops, trousers, jeans, footwear and accessories
• Sustainable items – earth-friendly or ethically made household goods for example reusable kitchen items—such as water bottles, coffee cups, silicone straws, food wraps, napkins
• Sustainable fashion items – made from sustainable materials like organic cotton, industrial hemp, bamboo, or wool from humanely-treated animals
• Sustainable – eco-friendly toys and games – made from materials like recycled plastic, sustainable wood (like bamboo), and organic cotton. Eco-friendly toys and games can include anything from dolls, action figures, construction sets, games, puzzles, sports toys, and more
• Home decor – textile, tableware, home accessories
• Entertainment – foreign & English books, video games, music, table games.

   4. Before sending the sold item the seller should check

• that the item is available
• that the item as described
• that the item is clean, freshly laundered, and in the described condition
• that the item is checked fully and the pockets if any are empty
• that no other than a sold item is in the package
• that the parcel is sealed and the correct shipping label is printed.
